Who the firm serves

The firm accepts a deliberately small number of matters. An inquiry fits when the following are true:

1. The matter concerns a trust, an estate, an entity, or a fiduciary office: its design, its administration, its audit, or its recognition by an institution.
2. A governing instrument exists or is concretely planned, and the state whose law governs it can be named.
3. The client operates as the Terms of Service describe: family offices, trustees and other appointed fiduciaries, private banking clients, and individuals and families holding wealth through recognized legal structures.
4. The client is prepared to engage under a written service agreement, with scope and fees stated before work begins.

Inquiries outside these lines are declined at conflict and scope review.
