This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Corvus Network Inc. and is incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions, Terms of Service, and any executed service agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions shall control.

1. Policy Purpose and Institutional Context

Corvus Network Inc. delivers bespoke fiduciary intelligence, strategic architecture, and execution-level consultative services designed for sophisticated clients operating in complex private-wealth environments. Due to the customized, confidential, and immediately consumptive nature of these services, payments are generally non-refundable once performance has commenced.

This policy is intended to reflect private-banking and family-office standards, where engagement value is realized through access, prioritization, and disclosure of proprietary intelligence rather than commoditized deliverables.

2. General Refund Framework

Except as expressly stated in this policy or an applicable service agreement:

Refunds, if granted, are issued solely as a matter of commercial discretion, not obligation.

3. Intelligence Engagements and Structured Service Packages

3.1 Pre-Commencement Cancellation

Where a written cancellation request is received within a narrowly defined rescission window following payment and prior to any allocation of personnel, initiation of analysis, access to proprietary materials, or internal preparation, Corvus Network Inc. may issue a full refund.

Once any preparatory, analytical, or strategic work begins—whether visible to the client or not—the engagement is deemed commenced.

3.2 Post-Commencement Status

After commencement:

For engagements structured in phases, Corvus Network Inc. may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds or credits for clearly unperformed future phases. No entitlement is created.

4. Consultative Sessions and Scheduled Interactions

Scheduled consultative sessions are reserved resources.

Unused sessions do not accrue value, roll forward, or convert into monetary refunds.

5. Strictly Non-Refundable Items

The following are irrevocably non-refundable under all circumstances:

6. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and must include sufficient detail to permit evaluation.

Submission of a request does not suspend obligations, pause services, or create any presumption of approval. Corvus Network Inc. reserves the right to request additional information and to deny requests that do not meet policy criteria.

Approved refunds, if any, are returned to the original payment method net of any non-recoverable fees.

7. Disputes, Chargebacks, and Payment Reversals

Clients are expected to pursue resolution through direct communication prior to initiating disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals constitute a material breach and may result in:

8. Force Majeure and Regulatory Events

Where service delivery is delayed or modified due to events beyond reasonable control—including regulatory changes, governmental action, or systemic disruptions—Corvus Network Inc. may extend timelines, modify delivery methods, or suspend performance without refund obligation.

Refunds are not issued for delays attributable to such events unless continued performance becomes legally impossible and no alternative delivery is feasible.

9. Quality Resolution in Lieu of Refund

Consistent with private-banking norms, remedy for dissatisfaction is addressed through clarification, revision, or supplemental intelligence rather than refunds.

Clients must raise concerns promptly and with specificity. Where Corvus Network Inc. determines that a material deviation from agreed scope has occurred, it may elect to provide corrective services, credits, or partial adjustments in lieu of monetary refund.

10. Recurring or Ongoing Arrangements

For any recurring or subscription-based services:

11. Extraordinary Circumstances

Exceptions may be considered in limited, extraordinary situations such as legal impossibility, incapacity, or verified material breach by Corvus Network Inc. Any such exception is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and does not establish precedent.

12. Payment Method Considerations

Refund timing may vary based on payment channel and banking systems. Corvus Network Inc. is not responsible for intermediary delays or fees imposed by financial institutions.

13. Policy Updates and Applicability

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time payment is made governs that transaction. Amendments apply prospectively only and do not invalidate prior contractual obligations.

14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and is subject to the mandatory arbitration provisions set forth in the Terms & Conditions. Venue for arbitration is Miami-Dade County, Florida.

15. Contact and Escalation

All refund-related correspondence must be submitted through designated channels. Informal communications or third-party disputes do not substitute for compliance with this policy.
